  • Your CenturyLink Modem has lost all power. This is typically a localized issue so check the local power strip, then the GFI in the laundry room, garage, front porch and back porch as well as any outside GFI outlets and reset them.

  • Your CenturyLink Modem has power but there is nothing coming to it from the FRONT of your house. This is a tricky one to fix if you are unaware of the secondary modem in your home. It is located out front of your home and beneath your electrical panel.
